Mother of two, farmer and practicing Clinical Psychologist Registrar living and breathing rural life on a 5th generation mixed grazing property. Having experienced birthing her daughter on an ambulance plane at 33 weeks, a stint in NICU and navigating a second high risk pregnancy in the bush Rebecca is passionate about bringing mental health services to rural women and highlighting how we can all access our own Mental Resilience . Sharing the heart-stopping story of her mid-air birth, and the deafening silence of isolation recovering from birth trauma in the bush. Rebecca speaks from the heart using her clinical knowledge to explain her own anxieties and how she found mental resilience.

I come prepared with my own reusable water bottle, MacBook, and clicker.
