I’m Ashton Posch — an award-winning early childhood educator, national and international speaker, and inclusion consultant with 18+ years’ experience. I deliver neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive training that blends research with real-world insight. I’ve presented at ECA, FDCA, and WIPCE, and support educators to create environments where neurodivergent and at-risk children can thrive through play, connection, and care. My work is practical, powerful, and grounded in both evidence and lived experience.

When you book me, you’re not just hiring a speaker or workshop facilitator — you’re investing in real-world expertise, deep cultural insight, and professional development that actually sticks.

I bring over 18 years of sector experience as an educator, leader, consultant, and speaker — but more importantly, I bring lived experience as a neurodivergent Māori woman raising neurodivergent children in a low-socioeconomic Australian community. I understand what it means to work in stretched settings, to teach in under-resourced services, and to still deliver excellence for children who are often excluded from opportunity.

I’ve presented on some of the biggest platforms in education — including Early Childhood Australia, Family Day Care Australia, and the World Indigenous Peoples Conference on Education (WIPCE). But I’m just as comfortable in a community hall, a service meeting room, or sitting on the floor with a team of educators looking for support, not judgement.

My sessions are practical, powerful, and built for impact. Whether I’m speaking to a packed conference room or mentoring a small team, I meet people where they are and guide them forward — with honesty, clarity, and care.

✔️ You can expect:
• No-fluff professional learning that blends evidence with lived experience
• Cultural and neurodiversity-affirming strategies you can implement immediately
• Interactive delivery that holds attention, sparks thought, and invites real change
• Tools, templates, and reflections that support long-term growth
• A grounded, relatable approach that honours your context, your team, and your challenges

I’m not here to impress you — I’m here to walk with you toward something better.

Let’s create change that feels possible, purposeful, and grounded in who we are — and who our children need us to be.
