Having relocated to West Australia from East London in 2020, Andrew Silverwood is a regular on the national and international comedy scene, working at comedy clubs and festivals in seven countries over the last eight years. He's a frequently booked MC capable of maintaining the energy and focus of an event and a comedian that is booked for every slot in the club from open to middle to headline.
Andrew has MCed for the AWARD WINNING 80s Mixtape Circus in Perth, for Laugh Train Home in London and for the Best of the Adelaide Fringe Comedy shows in South Australia.
He'll happily do a wide variety of bookings from 5-15 minute speeches and sets to MCing your whole day.

I'll show up a bit before I go on and we can do a mic check and make sure everthing is working, then once everyone is settled I'll kick off your event with whatever energy it needs, or if I'm doing a spot you can expect a timed set that's full of relateabul stories and material, observations and some audience interaction.
If you're looking for a wedding MC, we'll have a meet up a couple of months before your big day and talk through every detail about your big day and then on the day I'll show up nice and early, suited and booted. I'll help direct your loved ones around, I'll call out names during photographs so your uncle doesn't go wandering off, I'll introduce your at your reception, I'll set the mood before the speeches, announce you before your first dance and let everyone know when you're cutting the cake, plus anything else you want for the perfect day.
