Amla is a multi-instrumentalist (flautist, violinist & vocalist) & composer who creates original and improvised ethereal and worldly soundscapes. Perfect for background music at weddings, restaurants and or at corporate events.
Informed by her Classical background in flute and years of experience in a diverse range of musical genres with other musicians (Latin pop, Electronic, Mariachi, Celtic Folk, Jazz, Flamenco, to name a few), she floats through carefully crafted melodies and emotive lines that take you on a journey that you will not forget.
Amla is also available as a duo with either a harpist or guitarist.

Amla loops both improvised, original and cover songs with her loop pedal, flute, violin, vocals and xylophone. Her original and improvised music has a classical undertone, but is essentially ambient world music with hints of folk. Amla also covers a mix of songs, including but not limited to (Summertime, Hey Soul Sister, A Groovy kind of Love, Never Gonna Give you up, and more), and can also take requests in advance. Amla also enjoys playing Christmas Carols with her loop pedal leading up to the festive season.

If the venue has their own PA system, I would need
x 1 DI for the loop pedal, or one input from the loop pedal into the PA and x 2 DI's if performing as a duo (harp or guitar).
Ambient original and improvised music (solo), plus cover songs and requests - if given in advance.
In a duo setting with the guitarist/mandolin player, we can also do some Celtic/Irish music, as well as covers.
