With 8 Bars, you get more than just a band. You get a complete live entertainment experience designed to bring your celebration to life.

Our energetic four-piece band combines bass, guitar, drums and powerhouse vocals with professional sound, lighting and engaging stage presence. From relaxed background music early in the evening to a packed dance floor later on, we know how to read the room, build the energy and keep guests entertained.

Based in Melbourne and experienced across corporate events, weddings, private celebrations, festivals and community events, 8 Bars is known for versatility, professionalism and creating a genuine connection with the crowd.

Expect iconic 80s and 90s favourites, rock classics, pop hits, modern favourites and big sing-along anthems, all tailored to suit your audience and event.

From the first song to the final encore, our goal is simple: great music, great energy and a night your guests will remember.

We keep things simple so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Performance Space: Minimum 4m x 3m flat and safe performance area.

Power: 2 x standard 240V power outlets near the performance area.

Parking & Access: Convenient load-in access and nearby parking for band equipment is appreciated.

PA & Lighting: We can provide a complete professional PA system, premium microphones and stage/ambient lighting. If professional production is already available at the venue, we're also happy to work with your in-house production team.

Breaks: Short breaks between live sets, with professionally curated background music provided to keep the atmosphere flowing.

Event Support: We're happy to coordinate set times, music preferences, speeches and the overall run sheet with your organiser to ensure the entertainment flows seamlessly with your event.
