The Presidential Blues Band are a 3 Piece Acoustic Blues/Folk Trio consisting of The “G-Man” on Double Bass & backing vocals, “Big D” on Resonator Guitar, stompbox & vocals, and “Uncle Leon” on Harmonica & vocals. They play a mix of originals & covers typically in the style of old school early 1900’s Acoustic Delta Foot Stomping Blues. All 3 are very experienced musicians with 80+ years’ experience between them in Bands, Duos, Trios & Solo gigs. Over the past 2 years they have held residencies in some of the Gold Coasts best live music venues as well as appearances at multiple Folk Festivals and Folk Clubs.

The Presidential Blues Band are easy going professional entertainers perfect for pubs, clubs, festivals and private functions. As an Acoustic 3 piece they can adjust volume requirements to suit the venue requirements.

We usually require one hour prior to starting time to set up our equipment and perform a sound check. We prefer to be under cover but can provide a small marquee if required. We have a medium size PA system to cater for up to 500 guests but can hire a larger system if required. We can also perform acoustically or with a small battery powered PA for more intimate venues.
