STAGING
Minimum 6m wide x 4m deep, noting that band can reconfigure to suit alternative stage sizes as needed.
A drum riser is desirable but not essential.

PRODUCTION & SOUND
Smooth Ops to use own mixing desk located side of stage.
Where sound production is provided by Smooth Ops, Smooth Ops will provide FOH speakers and control the FOH mix and sound levels via iPad;
Where sound production is provided by a production company:
- production company provides FOH speakers
- Smooth Ops to send stereo FOH output from the Smooth Ops mixing desk and patch to the production company mixing desk, or connect individual line outputs to production company mixing desk via loom;
- production company mixes FOH and manages sound level;
- Smooth Ops sound tech to mix and control band’s onstage volume / inear monitoring sound.
- Smooth Ops to use either own or production company’s monitor wedges as general stage fill, patching to these either directly or via the production mixing desk (2 wedges required)
- Smooth Ops to provide their own fold back arrangements for individual players (mix of in-ears and wedges)
- If wireless mics are available, band would like to use 3 for the front line, otherwise band to use own cabled mics.

Smooth Ops has comprehensive gear insurance and full public liability insurance which can be produced on request.
All equipment is tag tested and all and members ahve undergone relevant training to perform in heritage and high security venues.
The band uses special power conditioners to protect electrical equipment.
