"Not Real Young" plays all your Neil Young favourites including laid back classics from Harvest such as Heart of Gold and Old Man , featuring blues harp and Neil Young's unique acoustic guitar style to Crazy Horse numbers like Hey Hey My My, Cortez, Cinnamon Girl and Like a Hurricane featuring the solid sounds of a Les Paul with thumping bass and drums.
Rob, Peter, Rusty and Fredy have been playing in bands around Brisbane and the Gold Coast for over 30 years playing rock, folk, grunge, jazz and blues.
Not Real young is avalable as a chilled solo or duo act, or as a four peice with bass and drums to get the full range of Neil Young and Crazy Horse.

You get vocals that sound like Neil, a harmonica player, 2 acoustic guitar players, a bass player and a drummer.
You get a wide range of Neil Young favourites from his solo laid back acooustic ballads to the energy packed electric sounds of Crazy Horse
You can have the choice of a solo, duo or full 4 piece band.
We can provide short 1 hour sets, 2 x 1 hour sets or 3 x 40 minute sets.

Standard stage for the 4 piece requires 2 DIs for acoustic guitars and 2 vocal mics . Amps are provided for the Bass and Electric guitar. We can provide the drum kit
Basic PA can be provided for smaller gigs (up to 200).
For larger gigs the PA and sound engineer would need to be provided by the hirer or additional expenses .
Prefer a minimum 6 x 3 metre covered stage for a full band.
We can provide a 3x3 metre marquee and battery powered PA for small outdoor gigs such as markets if required
