Chris (keyboards and vocals) and Hugh (lead guitar and vocals). As individuals and together we have many years of playing and performance experience. With Chris’s versatility on keyboards and lead vocals and Hugh on guitar and lead and backing vocals, we are able to use minimal instrumentation in our quality backing tracks. This provides a smooth and 'live' feel to our performances which audiences very much enjoy. As a Duo, we have played in small intimate restaurant settings, bars and both small and large clubs and for many special or private functions. We use only the best sound equipment which can be configured to cater for small restaurants through to large function rooms.

‘Barefoot’?? That’s a funny name, you say! But we think that’s probably what you’ll want to be after we play for your function. We’ve got plenty of numbers that will have you on the dance floor all night and make you want to kick those shoes off. As seasoned musos, we’ve got a pretty comprehensive song list that’s guaranteed to have something for everyone – from The Cure to Elvis Presley! Yep, we love to see people having a great time to live music .. or maybe just kick your shoes off and chill as we can also tone it down a notch if you’re after a more cruisey approach.
We generally play 45 minute sets followed by a 15 minute break, but are very happy to structure the sets to suit whatever you have happening on the night. We also have a pretty groovy selection of break music which we can tailor to suit your requirements. We are available Wednesday to Sunday, afternoons and evenings, or any other times for special occasions. Whilst the usual gig is a 4 hour call, we are very happy to play for 1, 2, or 3 hours but we do have a minimum fee of $450 to cover our time for set up time and travel time within the greater Brisbane area. If you require us to be set up and sound checked ahead of playing time for your gig, we'd appreciate the opportunity to chat with you about the rate just to cover any excessive down time we may have. We generally play 45 minute sets with 15-20 minutes of recorded break music in between (in keeping with the gig) to keep the atmosphere going. But if you are planning a special function, we are very happy to work in with your plans and whatever you have happening on your runsheet, whether it be timed to the last minute or totally flexible! Live music at your event will create a real atmosphere and we are here to help you make it a roaring success!

Our requirements are fairly simple - a covered area with solid flooring, approximately 2m x 2m, and with easy access to power will do the job.
We generally like to have about 1.5 hours to get our gear in , set up and sound check so we would appreciate it if you could ensure we can access your venue that time ahead of your function - that way we won't be bringing our equipment in through your guests (not a good look!) and will be set up and ready go at show time.
